Our Methods of Selection

At Compass Concierge we know it’s critical to select the right people from the start. We have developed an intensive 7 step screening process. During this process we:

  • Conduct 4 separate personality test, to ensure we hire extroverts.

  • Test for computer skill competency.

  • Assess grammar and composition skills.

By conducting these extensive tests we are able to identify the employees who are most likely to succeed in providing the level of excellent service we strive for.

Our Thoroughness of Training

All of our employees participate in a variety of training throughout their tenure with us.

These trainings include:

  • In-class Training Sessions

  • On the job supervised training sessions

  • Shadow site manager for an entire shift sessions

  • Role playing training sessions.

When our team members complete these sessions they are given a certificate to confirm they have fulfilled all our training requirements.
