- Conduct 4 separate personality test, to ensure we hire extroverts.
- Test for computer skill competency.
- Assess grammar and composition skills.

Our Thoroughness of Training
All of our employees participate in a variety of training throughout their tenure with us.

- Shadow site manager for an entire shift sessions
